Lead Therapist Omer Unluata, LMT (he/him) is a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy and American Academy of Personal Training, finishing both programs as the valedictorian. He has a rich understanding of body mechanics and a great passion for providing mobility and ease to his clients. His sessions are a combination of Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Sports Medicine, and deep tissue massage. Omer loves treating sports injuries and occupational patterns as well as assisting the clients to find better routines for self-care and stretching outside of the studio.

Omer is a fitness enthusiast with an athletic background during high school and college years. He enjoys hikes and motorcycle rides by the Hudson River. He has a bachelors degree in civil engineering which he finds extremely helpful in understanding the musculoskeletal system.

A rock music fan, he recently started self studying jazz guitar after performing with local musicians in his early years.
