Elizabeth

Elizabeth Dashiell, new to NYC, is a Brooklyn-based dance artist and recent graduate from the University of the Arts. She continues her studies by making and presenting work alongside her peers throughout the five boroughs.

Elizabeth has experience with how bodywork can help to heal... she had a bad ankle surgery 🙁

This highlighted the importance of self care and alternative healing. She is glad to be working in an environment that promotes a healthy & present lifestyle!

Sara

Sara Rodriguez is a professional dancer, teacher, and adjudicator based in New York. She teaches master classes for dance conventions throughout the country. Most recently, she’s begun choreographing her own work professionally, both for video and stage alike, and was honored with an invitation to showcase her work at RAW Artists.

Sara is a self-proclaimed kinesiology nerd and is fascinated by the human body, which she studies at every opportunity. 

Lia

Lia Fietz is of Portuguese and German descent. She grew up mainly in Portugal and moved to the USA 10 years ago. After studying law in Lisbon and Hanover she completed the bar exam...then up and decided to move to New York to study acting and pursue a career in the arts!

Lia is vegan and is always eager to learn how to improve a healthy lifestyle. She absolutely believes in the benefits of massage therapy. She’s excited to join the Bodyworks DW team!

Heather

Heather Green is a Brooklyn-based visual artist from western Massachusetts. Her work has been featured in group exhibitions in MA, France, and here in Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY. In addition to her work as an artist, she is the Social Media Director for TBA Brooklyn, an electronic music venue in Williamsburg.

Heather kindles self-compassion through a mindful-meditation practice. She understands the need for continual therapy and is glad to be a part of a studio that fosters self-care so expertly!
